Using Pandal Hopper
Pandal Hopper is a personal achievement tracker for Ganesh Chaturthi pandal-hopping — not an official festival, civic, or event authority. Nothing here is ranked pandal-vs-pandal; the leaderboard is between hoppers only.
Your account
One account per person. It's tied to a device session rather than a password — keep access to the email you signed up with, since that's how you get back in from a new device. Don't create accounts to inflate your own count or someone else's; we may remove accounts or check-ins that look manipulated.
Pandals you add
Anyone signed in can add a pandal, and it goes live immediately without a moderation queue. Only submit real, accurately located pandals with information you have the right to share. We can edit or remove any submission — inaccurate, duplicate, or otherwise — without notice.
Merch purchases
Merch (certificate, wallpaper pack, sticker pack, Story Card, Season Pass) is digital and delivered automatically to your email once payment clears. Because it's generated and delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where delivery genuinely fails on our end — if that happens, contact us and we'll make it right. 10% of every purchase is earmarked for Rajani Foundation (India)'s Cleanathon, a real post-Visarjan beach clean-up cause — see the running total on the Merch tab.
No warranty
Pandal locations, hours, and details are crowd-sourced and may be wrong or outdated — verify independently before traveling. The app is provided as-is; we're not liable for losses from relying on it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
